Flex data can synchronize to the Runkeeper and MyFitnessPal applications


About smart wristband, Jawbone had launched their new products "UP", which helps you to keep fit and healthy. "UP" is a colorful smart wristband, which can track the user's daily activities, including sleep and eating habits, and the data synchronize to user's iPhone, iPod touch , in order to give you some advice on health.


In this week's CES meeting, a company called Fitbit has launched a similar product, this product is known as Flex, it supports iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, and can synchronizate iOS device through the Bluetooth 4 , the built-in battery can be used continuously for 7 days, a complete record of walking step number, travel distance, the consumption of Kaluri and sleep habits.

You can also synchronize Flex data to other applications, including Runkeeper and MyFitnessPal; LED lamps will flicker with the different movement process and strength for you to provide feedback.

Flex can send the collected data can be synchronized to iOS or Android device, the user can view their own habits chart. In addition, the user can also through the software to set goals for yourself.
